- Key Replacement, Lost keys?
We will send the replacement keys, the extra charge starting from 1500 baht.

- Glass Replacement
If the glass is damaged through no fault of your own, we will replace the glass.

- Flat Tire
If the vehicle‘s spare tire is inflated and serviceable, it will be installed to replace a flat tire. If no inflated spare is available, the vehicle will be towed in accordance with the towing provision.

- Lockout Service
If the key is locked inside the vehicle, service will be sent out
The charge start from 500 Baht

- Drop charge
This is a fee that is assessed for renting the vehicle in one rental location and returning the vehicle to another rental location
However, if the vehicle is previously booked for over 7 days at the time of the reservations specified pick up and return location, there is no one way fee applied on the time of the vehicle drop off

- Emergency Roadside Assistance

All accidents must be reported to the police immediately. An accident report must be completed.

- Child Safety Seat
Safety seats are available at 100 baht per day, with a maximum charge at 1500 baht.
