KAMALA BEACH

Kamala Beach is north of Patong Beach and noticeably quieter.  Kamala is an enclosed bay, surrounded by forested hills and home to a small fishing village.  The large waves at Kamala Bay make it a popular place for surfing in the low season, from May to October.  The main attraction for the town is Phukets FantaSea complex, which operates various sound and light shows. 

Overall Kamala is a place to relax and enjoy the serenity.
