Sankampaeng in the province of Chiang Mai is known for its Hot Springs.  The natural springs emit water with a high level of sulphur, which is said to heal and rejuvenate the body.  The water temperature is in excess of 100 degrees centigrade.  Besides the Hot Springs, there is also a handicraft and umbrella village located at Sankampaeng.
