Long term rental, Operating Lease

A fully maintained operating lease is similar to a long term rental.  It is a cost effective, risk free and convenient way of operating vehicles.

Thai Car Rentals Thailand extends the Long term lease package, including petrol.  We work hand in hand with shell fleet cards to minimise and control the petrol consumption to meet individual organisation or department budgets.

Short term, retail product and services

As with our continual development, we expect to grow in terms of both the number of rental locations and the number of service stations, which cover the whole country.
Our retail fleet have planned to build a strong presence in all major destinations, eclipsing international companies in many instances.
We have built and expanded our network of operations that will grow and strengthen, steadily over both short term and long term.
We currently operate 5 locations, Bangkok downtown, Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, Chiang Mai, Samui Airport and Phuket Airport.
In the long run we expect travellers and corporate clients to be able to get in to the driving seat in any part of Thailand, with Thai Car Rentals Thailand.

Airport Procedure
Thai Car Rentals Thailand is represented near Suvarnabhumi Airport and are present at all scheduled flight arrivals.  There are also representatives at Chiang Mai and Phuket Airport. We meet all reservations at the hotel meeting point with a prominent sign. We guarantee to meet all reserved bookings of scheduled incoming and departing flights. There are no additional fees or taxes for renters picking up or returning cars at the airports.

Free Delivery and Pickup
To help our customers get their trip off to a relaxing start, we are happy to deliver their vehicle to their hotel or other place of accommodation within the metropolitan area of all locations at no extra charge.
Please note that hotel deliveries must be pre-booked at the time of reservation. A free pickup service is also available within the metropolitan area of the location where the vehicle is to be dropped.

One Way Rental Service
A Rent Here - Leave There service is available between different locations in Thailand on all listed vehicle types.  A minimum 7 days rental will be charged on this program. There are no drop fees applicable.

Additional Drivers
No charge is made for additional drivers, however, they must be nominated and have their names entered on the rental agreement at the time of rental.

Touring Maps and Street Directories
Quality touring maps of Thailand, point to point strip maps and street directories are available free of charge to customers at the time of rental. Our staff will also assist with explaining the best routes for the customers travel plans.

Accessories
Baby seats suitable for children six months to three years are available at all locations, but they should be pre-booked at the time of reservation. The seats will be charged at Baht 100 per day to a maximum of Baht 1,000 per rental. Baby capsules for infants under six months are not available.

After Hours
Thai Car Rentals Thailand will service all confirmed reservations from airport locations. Vehicles must be picked up or returned within office hours unless prior arrangements have been made with the appropriate office. Our free delivery and pickup service to places other than airports also only operates during hours.

In An Emergency Call
Upon calling, professional emergency specialists will ensure appropriate assistance is arranged by the quickest means to meet the customers requirements. Thai and English speakers are available 24 hours per day.

Please note that puncture repairs, lock outs, and out of fuel calls will be charged to the renter at the time of service.
